Our fees

Sale: The agency fees amount to 2% of the sale price, plus VAT.
Long-term rental: The agency fees for a one-year or longer contract amount to one month’s rent, plus VAT. For a contract of less than a year, the agency fees are 10% of the total rental amount, plus VAT.
For international acquisitions: The agency fees for the buyer in the case of an off-plan purchase are included in the price. For a resale, the agency fees are 2% of the transaction price, plus VAT.
